Request for proposal in respect to providing External Consulting Services

SOS Children’s Villages Palestine is seeking to pre-qualify a local competent consultancy firm for the development of HR Procedures Manual.

Interested firms should submit a Technical and Financial proposal in relation to the terms mentioned in the (RFP) included in bellow’s attachment section.

Evaluation Weights:

30% Financial, 70% Technical 

Timelines
