Introduction

Palestine Association for Education and Environmental Protection (PAEEP) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization. PAEEP aspires to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians, particularly those in the Gaza Strip and West Bank, and contribute to the long-term socioeconomic, environmental, and cultural development of the Palestinian society. PAEEP also strives to protect the health and sustainability of the environment

PAEEP, in a partnership with Muslim Aid (UK), is implementing a project titled “improving access to WASH facilities for pre-schools.” This project aims to improved access to quality safe, affordable, and adequate drinking water and provision of WASH facilities in targeted KGs in Gaza Strip. 

• The project Facilitate provision the educational facilities with better water supplies. 
• Ensure that KGs environments are appropriate, accessible, inclusive and safe for students and better access to the KGs among people with disabilities. 
• Improved basic sanitation and basic hygiene services.

An external evaluator is required for the project .The overall objective of the evaluation is to  provide  an  external  opinion  on  the  relevance  and  performance  of  PAEEP  projects/intervention in 63 KGs, as compared to the project documents and with  a strong focus on results and impact and to highlight key lessons learnt, best practices and recommendations to feed back into current and future PAEEP programming in the same sectorial areas and using similar approaches to meeting their objectives.
