Consultant/s required for a Feasibility Study and Business Model for Women-led Aggregation and Marketing Company (WAMCo)

Trader Facilitation and Customs Support Programme (Tasdeer)

Tasdeer, an FCDO-funded trade facilitation programme in the Occupied Palestinian Territories is soliciting proposals from eligible and responsible consultant or consultancy firms to conduct a feasibility study and design a business model for a company which will serve Palestinian women-led SMEs with business development and marketing services.  

The main goal of this assignment is to assess the business feasibility of establishing an ‘Aggregation and Marketing’ company that would add value to existing small business by addressing their collective marketing and product development needs.

The assignment also aims at exploring options for the most suitable corporate structure and business model, taking into consideration the capacity of the potential investors and their suppliers, as well as the overall business environment and potential target markets.
