             Feasibility Study and Business Model for the House of Crafts Service Company

PalTrade was established in 1998 as a non-profit, membership-based organization to “Lead the development of Palestinian export as a driving force for sustainable national economic growth”.

PalTrade has partnered with the UNDP to implement a project titled “Handicrafts Service Company”, which will see the establishment of an innovative Service Company called the “House of Crafts- HoC” in the handicrafts sector. This company aims to provide holistic business support to stakeholders in the handicrafts sector to improve their readiness for ethical sourcing markets and to establish sustainable linkages with global markets

Paltrade and UNDP are seeking to hire a consultant/s to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and a refined business model for the House of Crafts. The consultant will analyze various facets of the organization, including profitability margins, operational strategies, and revenue streams. The resulting study will provide valuable insights into the feasibility and sustainability of the current business model, while the revised business model will incorporate recommendations and optimizations to enhance overall effectiveness.

Interested companies that wish to receive the tender documents, shall take notice to the following dates and deadline:

  • Tender fees : 100 NIS, Applicants will receive tender document  upon providing proof of transfer to PalTrade’s account (SWIFT), or through payment in PalTrade’s offices in person.  PalTrade members will not be subject to the aforementioned Fee.
  • The deadline for receiving RFP documents shall be no later than Wednesday 13th of Dec , 2023  until 12:00PM. The service provider shall send an email to [email protected] indicating as subject RFP-PTC-049-2023
  • All inquiries shall be addressed, in writing by e-mail to [email protected], the deadline for receiving any inquiries about the scope and this RFP contents is Thursday 14th of Dec, 2023 , until 12:00PM. No inquiries shall be received after this date ; indicating as subject RFP-PTC-049-2023.
  • The deadline for submitting the offers shall be no later than Monday 18th of Dec, 2023 until 12:00PM
