Submission Process:

Interested consultants should submit technical and financial proposals to [email protected], where the Financial offer should be in (USD), and include professional fees, local transport and any incidental costs, such as interpretation, translation etc.
and the technical offer should include suggested methodology, suggested team members, incl. CVs, suggested implementation structure and schedule, indication of availability. Deadline for submitting the technical and financial proposals is 04.10.2021.
