Final Review and Evaluation of The Project: Supporting Specialized Surgeries for The Poor in The Gaza Strip 2022

Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) intends to contract an individual local consultant to carry out the above-mentioned consultancy services according to the following:

1. Holds an advanced degree (Preferred to be in public health or relevant field), with at least 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), its methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative, and participatory); planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems; and reports writing.
2. Proved experience in evaluating humanitarian projects/ programs (particularly health projects/ programs), including experiences with different donors.
3. The consultant must submit both technical and financial proposals separately.
4. Proposals must be valid for 90 days.
5. Consultants may receive copy of the Request for Proposal Document starting from 03/08/2023 to 08/08/2023  from Qatar Red Crescent office in Gaza Alwehda Street Ghazi Alshawa Building 2nd floor 
6. You are kindly invited to attend a pre-proposal meeting on 09/08/2023 
7. Proposals must be submitted before 21/08/2023 12:00pm at QRC Office in Gaza Alwehda Street Ghazi Alshawa Building 2nd floor, and any bid submitted after that time will be rejected and returned closed to consultant.
