Invitation to bid # LRPS-2022-9176207  For “Provision of Financial Services for delivering Cash-based interventions in the State of Palestine" 

Sealed offers are to be submitted to the UNICEF Office in Gaza before 14 August 2022, 15:00 hrs. Jerusalem time.

Prices should be in United State Dollars (USD) excluding VAT.

The bidders should submit two sealed envelopes for the offer (one for the technical proposal, and another for the financial proposal).

For technical and Financial offers: It is mandatory to submit digitalized documents (on USB Flash Disk, or CD) for the offer (hard copies will not be accepted).

Please don't include or mention any price or financial information in your technical offer (file)

The pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 25.07.2022 @ 11:00 am (Meeting link)

Deadline for receipt of clarification: 31.07.2022, before 15:30 hrs.

Response to clarifications by UNICEF: 03.08.2022

The validity of offers should be at least 120 days from submitting the offers.
