Training Services - knowledge development on livestock for s...

Tender Description

Introduction

The Community Based Rehabilitation Program (CBR) at Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation adopts an inclusive approach that aims at improving the social, economic and civic status of persons with disabilities within an enhanced regulatory environment. This is especially important given that persons with disabilities are considered among the most marginalized groups in Palestine in terms of access to education, employment, and social services, and the fact that they are deprived of their right to acquire skills for employment and lack support that enables them to access the labor market.

Through its economic empowerment unit, the program works towards preparing the society to work towards empowering persons with disabilities so that they would live a decent life, and contribute socially and economically to the development of their families and society.
