GBV and Protection Specialist

Scope of work:
Concepts of Protection Training will be mainly conducted for 5 groups of CBO’s from Nablus Governorate and Northern Valley villages; the number of participants for each group of the 5 groups should be 12, and the total number of participants should be 60. This Concepts of Protection Training aims to empower CBO’s knowledge and capacity to response for all types of violence against women, and to create two safe spaces for women to express themselves and their experiences safely.
Participants will be skilled in protection and referral mechanisms to protect women from the gender-based violations (GBV) and will be equipped with skills to create safe spaces for women.

- High level of expertise (minimum 10 years of experience) in the areas and topics listed in the schedule above.
- Experience in the field of protection, and GBV
- Experience in the field of gender.
- Experience and knowledge of the National Referral System and its mechanism.
- Knowledge of women rights, gender equality and women’s
- Experience in Safeguarding and No Harm Approach.
- Excellent in English, writing and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
