Tender Description

Subject: Request for Quotation

REFORM is planning to carry out workshops in Hebron starting from March 2021 until the end of July 2021 for approximately (40-80) participant. We would like to ask for your quotation regarding halls located in Hebron with different specification clarified below, please submit your offer by hand latest by Wednesday, 24.02.2021.

Specifications:

Continuous coffee break including hot drinks; Arabic coffee, Tea, Nescafe, Herbal tea, Plus, soft drinks and pastries/cookies twice a day.
Seated lunch for full day workshops. Should include a main course with at least one kind of salads, main dish and soft drinks, please specify.
Equipped hall includes Flip chart and flip chart board, Sound system, and a projector.
Flexibility to arrange the sitting of the table according to the needs of the training.
Provide a private area for an uninterrupted discussion.
Continuous Hygiene products (Face masks, and sanitizers).
The Hall must be clean and has good ventilation.

Notes:

Clear pictures for the hall must be sent.

Price offer should be drafted in English and submitted in one currency (ILS) per person.

Taxable invoice must be available with headed receipts or availability of stamp.

Deduction on source must be available, otherwise REFORM will deduct 10% from the total amount.

REFORM will implement approximately (10) workshops. Dates of the workshops and the trainings will be agreed upon with you and number of participants will be provided a day before the activity.

A formal e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the reservation of the workshop that includes the date and number of participants and any other needed requirement.

Payments will be made based on the actual number of participants attending.

WIFI should be free of charge.

Filling this form and stamping it subjects your approval on the mentioned terms and conditions.

Announcement fees for the quotation will be paid by the bid winning company.

REFORM is not obliged to contract with lower prices.

Due to coronavirus crises, we might be obliged to cancel the workshop before or at the same date without any cancellation fees.
