Helping the Helpers Program

MA’AN Development Center is an independent Palestinian development and training institution established in January 1989 and registered by law as a non-profit organization. The main office is in Ramallah, and the other branch offices are in Gaza and Jenin. MA’AN's work is informed by the necessity of creating independent, self-reliant initiatives that lead to the development of human resources for sustainable development, incorporating values of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment.

         In partnership with Save the Children, MA’AN Development Center is implementing the project “Protecting Children in Conflict and Crisis”, aiming at addressing child protection concerns through multiple activities including, but not limited to, psychological counselling, family counselling, child resilience and case management.

The project staff are exposed to various levels of distress that could/might impact their performance and personal well-being. MA’AN finds it crucial to support the team, the helpers, to have a better-balanced psychological status through supervision and psychological support. To address this aim, MA’AN Development Center is willing to contract a specialized consultant firm to provide “helping the helpers” service.

Interested consultant firms should review the full ToR for this consultancy and can get a copy from it from MAAN-Gaza Gaza strip from 26th March  2023  –2nd  April 2023  and submit offer in two sealed envelopes; one for the technical offer and another one for the financial offer by 3rd April 2023  (before 12:00 pm) at MAAN Office Gaza-Haidar Abd Al Shafi Square- Al Motaz 2 Building –Ground Floor- Next to Blood Bank Building Tele 08- 2823712

• The Offer is valid for consultant firm.
• Prices must be valid for at least 60 days from the tender submission date.
• Supplier /service provider must provide Valid deduction at Source certificate.
