UNESCO Ramallah Office is seeking a supplier for Hospitality: pastries, juice, Sandwiches as per the below details:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered by hand, and sent via email as a PDF file no later than 10 July before 4:00pm. Please insert the offer title (can be found at the top) on the quotation as well as envelope and address it to:

1. The offer should be in US Dollars.
2. VAT exemption will be processed by the Ministry of Finance for all registered companies.
3. Copy of company registration must be included for our records.
4. All offers must include the following certification- “All the services requested under the terms of this offer are available and the company holds a valid bank account in the same name as indicated on the letter ‘’.
5. Each quotation must include a stamped and signed copy of this offer as agreement to the terms and conditions specified.
