Building Community Resilience for Improving Livelihoods, Food Security, and Safe Agriculture-phase IV

In the framework of humanitarian programs funded by Secours Islamique France

Submission Conditions:

• Separate technical and financial proposals must be provided.
• Financial offer should be in USD.
• Price offers shall be valid to not less than 90 calendar days from submission date.
• Price offers shall include all VATs.
• A certificate of withholding tax should be provided.
• The awarded company shall pay the cost of this advertisement.
• SIF does not bind itself to award the TOR to the lowest price offer.
• SIF reserves the right to cancel the TOR without providing reasons at any time. 
• Financial offer must be accompanied by bank guarantee of 5%

The deadline for submission of the technical and financial offers as well as opening session will be on Tuesday 17/11/2020 at 13:00 pm and a pre_bid meeting will be on Monday 02/11/2020 at 11:00 a.m.
