Insurance Services (Health Insurance, Workmen’s Compensation, Life Insurance, Fire and theft insurance)

Introduction: The Non-Revenue Water Management Project (NRWMP) Project is a USAID program
implemented by ARD Inc in Palestine. Tetra Tech has been awarded a Task Order contract for the
USAID West Bank Gaza (USAID WBG) Non-Revenue Water Management Project (NRWMP) to improve
Palestinians' access to safe, reliable, sustainable, and climate- resilient water services in
Hebron, Halhul, and Dura Municipalities. As part of project activities, the Non-Revenue Water
Management Project (NRWMP) requires the purchase of Insurance services for the project. The purpose
of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for these items.
We anticipate that the selected offeror will provide these services for the duration of the
project, with annual renewal based on positive performance and competitive rates.

This solicitation is subject to USAID WB/Gaza Mission Order 21, Amendment No. 01 to Mission
Order 21, and other Mandatory Clauses.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by ARD Inc in accordance with
the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions
described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.

Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than October 29, 2024, by 5:00 PM Hebron local time, by email. Any emailed offers must be emailed to [email protected]. Vendors can also choose to submit a hardcopy (Sealed) of the offer by visiting NRWMP office location: 6th floor, Arafa Building, Al-Haras Junction, Ein Sarah Street, Hebron - West Bank. Please reference the RFQ number in any response and the title to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of ARD Inc.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be
submitted no later than October 20, 2024, by 5:00 PM Hebron local time, by email to
[email protected]. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be
accepted. Questions and requests for clarification—and the responses thereto—that ARD Inc believes
may be of interest to other offerors will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have
indicated an interest in bidding.

Only the written answers issued by ARD Inc will be considered official and carry weight in the RFQ
process and subsequent evaluation. Any verbal information received from employees of ARD Inc, or
any other entity should not be considered as an official response to any questions regarding this
RFQ.
