PURPOSE OF THIS RFP

 Oxfam is planning to develop and build a platform that serves the purpose of an umbrella to encompass the humanitarian think tank, be an information innovation hub and can accommodate relevant applications, presentations, interactive material, videos, documentaries, etc. and to scan locally and internationally for similar ideas that were done before under the same context to seek some guidance, accordingly, Oxfam invites your submission of proposals to provide Oxfam, within their requirements,  for the mentioned services as per the conditions and requirements  detailed in this Request For Proposal (RFP).

The deadline for submission of proposals is 18th  October 2022 at 13:00 PM upon conditions in the RFP dossier.

Proposals shall be sent before the deadline indicated in the above timetable. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without coping any other email addresses. Any proposals sent through other channels will not be considered. 

Proposal shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Proposal and one for Price Proposal).

Email subject must contain the following reference: OXFAM – 22  /  133  /  OPTI  /  GAZA 

All documents shall be submitted in English
