Intent to Bid

Mercy Corps is seeking a qualified company from Jerusalem, to purchase One Sedan Vehicle (Used vehicle with excellent conditions) for Mercy Corps Jerusalem office, with the following specifications:

• Japanese or Korean made car (Toyota, Mazda or Kia) or equivalent
• Model Year (2018 or 2019 or 2020)
• Engine capacity 2000 cc (petrol powered engine)
• Automatic Transmission
• Color of the vehicle: silver metallic
• Automatic Air Conditioning
• Fabric seats
• Power assisted steering wheel with cruise control
• Alloy wheels
• Delivery time of vehicles: maximum two weeks from signing the contract
• Factory warranty if still valid 

Interested companies should fill and submit This Intent to Bid , before 22 May 2022 by 13:00 Palestine Time, to email address [email protected] with email subject “ITB-One Vehicle Purchasing” 

The Intent to Bid serves as a confirmation from companies on their interest to take part in this RFB, Intent to Bid doesn’t constitute any transactional obligation between Mercy Corps and the intended offeror. 

Only the offerors that have submitted completed Intent to Bid are eligible to receive a full tender package and submit their proposal as per the guidelines in the RFB package.
