Consultancy: Land rights capacity building program and campaign in Area C

General Summary

Oxfam is seeking a consultant/organisation to design and deliver a land rights capacity building program and campaign to members of vulnerable communities, specifically young people, in Area C. The specific trainings (incl. ToT to youth activists and community leaders) will be followed by a youth- and community-led advocacy campaign in Area C. The objective of the intervention is to enhance the capacities of young residents of Area C and community-based farmers & organisations, to protect and promote land rights in Area C.  Collective advocacy work will be performed towards national and international stakeholders and duty bearers, challenging Israeli policies and practices that violate their rights. The campaign shall be closely connected to Oxfam’s ongoing land sovereignty campaign (appendix: about the project).
