Action Against Hunger – Palestinian Territory (Gaza Strip) intends to award a supply & works Contract for the MAINTENANCE OF WAR AFFECTED PUBLIC WASH NETWORKS (Al-Manshia)
Eligible contractors must be either registered with the Gaza Chamber of Commerce & Industry or with the Contractors Union. A contractor (minimum 3rd degree) specialized in maintenance/construction of public infrastructure networks (water/wastewater and stormwater networks) can participate in this bid. Contractors must include Bank Guarantee equal to 5% of the proposed offer’s amount for each lot in euros valid for 90 days starting from the date of submission; personal cheques will not be accepted.

Bidding documents can be collected from above source from August 01st 2023 09:00 AM until 13th August 2023 12:00 PM. The contractor must send a contractor union classification certificate. Site visit and pre-bid meeting are mandatory for all contractors participating in the biding process to attend at the specified time in the tender document.
The deadline for submission offers by the contractors is 31st August at 14:00 (Gaza time)
Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the bid to the lowest bid or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid. The awarding of this contract will be upon the confirmation of the funding from the donor. The winning company should pay the advertisement fees in the newspaper and on the website, which will be around 1200 ILS)
