Market Evaluation Study of Agribusiness Sector in Area C

Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting consultancy services for the project (Empowering the Palestinian Youth in Area C in a sustainable and equitable way against COVID-19 throughout the Agribusiness Sector) that is funded by Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID) in partnership with Fundación Promoción Social (FPS). According to the following conditions:

1. The applicant should have previous experience in similar work. 
2. Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.
3. Firms, organizations and free lancers (team) are eligible to participate in this bid.
4. Eligible Service Providers can obtain quotation request documents by visiting PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org/tenders.
5. The Financial offers should in separate sealed envelope.
6. A clarification meeting will be held on Thursday 5th of August 2021 at 11:00 am by ZOOM platform using the following link:

1. Tenderers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- Ramallah- Main office behind Jerusalem Water Undertaking (مصلحة مياه القدس) no later than Wednesday, 11th August 2021 at 2:00 pm.
2. This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
