Objective of the consultancy

The objective of this consultancy is to provide with the baseline tool fully completed that takes into consideration the indicators and results set on the project proposal. Hence, the consultant will define and find out specific information about the current situation in the project’s locations regarding VAWG, informal justice actors (specifically females) and the mechanisms that are used by the informal justice actors to solve VAWG cases; including numbers of informal actors, numbers of social workers, health centers, CBOs and women’s organizations, Women’s grassroots committees, GBV survivors, activists, political parties, etc.

A copy of the project proposal will be facilitated to the consultant to provide with the technical proposal for the baseline.

Interested consultants should submit a CV, a financial offer and a brief baseline technical model proposal in English following the project proposal. A hard copy of the project narrative will be providing

All applications will be evaluated against the following criteria:

Relevant/Past Experience 20%
Proposed Technical Team Cv 30%
Methodology and Objectives 30%
Financial Offer 20% (Note that maximum budget available for this consultancy within the project is USD 4000)
