Request for Proposals & Price Quotation – RFPQ

Reference: [Shiam-23-001] Procurement of Professional (Non-Consulting Services) for: Media and Communication services for two “4-Days Boot Camp Training” focused on Human Center Design Approach to Support Young Vulnerable Youth in Building Their Own Environmental Initiatives to Sustain their Local Community Interventions the in West Bank 

Shiam – Youth Make the Future invites quotations\proposals from qualified, and locally registered Companies, specialized in media and communication to provide the above-mentioned professional services focused on the following:

-Document via photos and videos for each of the two Boot Camps (4-Days each) for specific sessions not exceeding 12 working hours in total. 

-Produce and Design 10 social media posts (pre, during and after the event)

-Lead in designing any material released related to the bootcamps (Project Logos, call for application design, press releases, guidebooks, media toolkits, certificates, training material, etc.)

-Produce 3 promo videos (30 seconds each) about the 6 incubated winning teams in their natural elements. The videos should include English subtitles and sign language. 

More details of the services are provided in the Statement of Work.

Quotations\Proposals will be evaluated based on the Service Provider’s qualification as well as responsiveness to this invitation requirement. The contract(s) will be awarded to the firm(s) offering the highest ranking evaluated responsive offer\proposal for all training courses including the presented activities in the SOW.

The deadline for receipt of proposals\ offers (in sealed envelopes) by Shiam – Youth Make the Future at the address indicated below is: November 7, 2022; at 2:00 p.m (local time).
