Ta’awon for Conflict Resolution is a Palestinian independent, national, non-profit organization, established in 2002. It aims to raise awareness and lead interventions in democracy, good governance, and peaceful methods of conflict resolution.

Ta’awon is implementing a project titled “Developing Civil Police Model in the West Bank” funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) as part of its “Strengthening of Police Structures” program. The project promotes the role of youth in civic peace as collaborative political and peacebuilding actors.

Ta’awon for Conflict Resolution is accepting quotations from service providers for media production services as part of the project titled: “Developing the Civil Police Model in the West Bank”, for which this request for quotation (RFQ) is issued.

Services – Technical and Financial Offer :

Ta’awon invites service providers (media and advertising firms) to provide technical and financial quotations for the services detailed in the terms of reference (ToR). Evaluation will be completed under a quality- and cost-based selection procedure, which is further described in the ToR. Quotations need to be submitted in English language by using the technical and financial offer forms (Annexed in the ToR).

Currency

All prices shall be quoted in EURO (Include VAT).

Mobilization and Duration of Service Provision

Service provision shall commence in the month of August 2020 after contract signature. The exact date of commencement and completion of the assignment shall be agreed upon with the successful bidder.

Quotations must be delivered by hand to the office of Ta’awon for Conflict Resolution located at:
