St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group (SJEHG) Gaza- is seeking qualified supplier to provide the below mentioned medical device for Gaza Hospital:

Interested candidates can purchase tender document from the finance Department, at the premises of the Hospital in Shaikh Jarrah – Jerusalem or Gaza Hospital Tal Al-Hawa Area - Behind the Islamic University of Gaza from the South - Al-Jazaer Str no later than Wednesday 06/10/2021 at 02:00 pm. Kindly note that the last day for bid offer submission is Wednesday 13/10/2021 at 02:00 pm. by hand to the above-mentioned addresses.

General Notes:

Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope and delivered by hand.
The Hospital is not obliged to accept the lowest price.
Prices should be offered in USD and Vat inclusive.
Price shall in include delivery fees Gaza hospital.
Cost of purchasing the tender documents is 100$ (non-refundable).
