St. John Eye Hospital in Jerusalem - is seeking qualified supplier to provide the needed medical equipment as per below list:

Interested candidates can purchase tender document from the finance Department, at the premises of the Hospital in Shaikh Jarrah – Jerusalem no later than Friday 03/09/2021 at 02:00 pm. Kindly note that the last day for bid offer submission is Friday 10/09/2021 at 02:00 pm. by hand to the above-mentioned address.

General Notes:

• Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope.  
• The Hospital is not obliged to accept the lowest price.
• Prices should be offered in USD and Vat inclusive.
• Price shall in include delivery fees to main hospital in Jerusalem.
• Cost of purchasing the tender documents is 100$ (non-refundable).
