Mental Health & Psychosocial Support Expert
for GAC/CLWR/LWF- GRIT Project
The primary purpose of this assignment is to provide mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) to trainees, instructors, and students’ parents who have been impacted by the current war and the surrounded political situation widespread in many places in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem that hamper their daily life and impact their emotional well-being. More specifically, this includes providing these groups with tools and strategies to manage grief, stress, and emotional challenges resulting from the ongoing war, and to build emotional resilience. The second objective is to build the capacity of Guidance Counsellors at Partner TVET institutes to provide mental health and psychosocial support services to staff and students into the future.
The GRIT Project is seeking a MHPSS expert/firm to develop and deliver the psychosocial support program at nine vocational institutions
