Purpose of the Consultancy:

Alianza is seeking a committed and experienced professional consultancy company to
demonstrate their skills and experience required to design and deliver trainings on project
monitoring and evaluation of different projects such as: Gender Based Violence Prevention
and Mitigation, Employability and Advocacy; to relevant projects partners. The consultancy
company will bring technical advice on monitoring and evaluation methodology; and how to
achieve and measure results. The consultancy company will also help the project team in

identifying potential lacks and will suggest necessary recommendations for readjusting
indicators, tools or work of partners related to the project and the linked areas of work (GBV,
employability and advocacy).
