MONITORING TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)
Ahli Arab Hospital is a not for profit medical institution located at the heart of the Gaza City providing variety of tertiary and primary health care for Gaza community. AAH is conducting the WOMEN’S HEALTH & WELL-BEING PROGRAM, Funded by Anglican Overseas Aid (AOA) and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. This program aims to early detect breast cancer among marginalized women. The overall program goal is Women in Gaza are empowered to support the early detection of breast cancer, seeking early diagnosis and treatment, accessing quality health services and minimizing the impact of breast cancer. Further, the project supports women diagnosed with breast cancer, by providing Mind and Body/psycho-social support training in order to be able to respond to fear, negative self-images and isolation.
The project also seek men behaviour change and help them to support their wives in seeking screening and early detection, and in dealing with a negative diagnosis. Further, the project also focuses on improving the attitude of men and the stigma associated with breast cancer.
This assignment is part of the monitoring process for the project with the following details:
Purpose of the consultancy
- Undertake project monitoring, including a review of progress against year 3 of the project plan and review of expenditure against budget.
- Undertake a late mid-term review of the project’s progress to this point in time against the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework (MELF).
- With the informed consent of community leader and relevant individuals, gather suitable content that communicates stories of impact and change resulting from the ‘Women’s Health & Well-being Program’.

Deadline for Submission of Bids/Late Bids:
Bids must be delivered to the Ahli Arab Hospital Administration Building office on later than 4th of May 2021 at 14:00 pm. Any Bid received by AAH after the Deadline for Submission of Bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder.
