Needs Assessment and MEAL Bassline for the Education Cannot wait (ECW) Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP)
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in the state of Palestine, wishes to invite potential national research institutions and /or consultancy firms for consultancy service to:
Conduct Needs Assessment and MEAL Baseline for the education cannot wait (ECW) Multi-Year resilience programme (MYRP) for the state of Palestine (2019-2021) . The assessment will cover 106 schools in the West Bank and 80 Schools in Gaza.
As stated in the terms and conditions of the LRPS -2019-9151098 and the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) (Annex B to the LRPS)
National research institutions and /or consultancy firms with relevant experience interested in offering their services are kindly invited to review the Request for Proposal and ToR at:
And shall submit their complete technical and financial proposals, together with the company profile & CVs of professional staff, to the attention of the BID SECTION at: UNICEF Office, Beit Hanina, Jerusalem.
