The Arab CSOs and Feminist Organizations Network

 Back ground

The Arab CSOs and Feminist Organizations Network was established in beginning of 2020, to amplify voices of women in the MENA region and facilitate women's participation in the global feminist movement, through regional and global convening. The Network has a membership of 68 feminist and women’s rights organizations from 12 Arab countries. The decision-making body of the Network is the Steering Group and engages its member organizations in thematic working groups addressing different topics of priority to women within our region.

The Network is undertaking initiatives to influence policies and legislation to address gender inequalities within our region. To do that, it focuses its interventions on thematic issues of priority within our region: 1. Amplifying the Voices of Women within the MENA Region to push forward the Women, Peace and Security Agenda (especially after the Israeli military aggression on the Gaza Strip and to address the conflict context within the MENA region from a feminist lens); 2. Feminist Consultations for the Beijing+30 in the Arab region; 3. Economic Justice and GBV; 4. Climate Justice; 5. The Family and Personal Status Laws to protect women and girls from Gender Based Violence (GBV); 6. The Feminist Forum for Young Women in Arab Countries (Arab Feminist Haven). A dedicated thematic Working Group (WG) that maintains a global interaction within the Network has studied each theme.

The Arab CSOs and Feminist Organizations Network is publishing this Bid among its members and on public social media platforms, and inviting proposals from reputable and qualified companies with a record of accomplishments and success in designing and producing digital solutions to design websites.

Bids Conditions:

The Proposal should include the following:

• Copies of certificate of registration/incorporation (for firms)
• Company profile including full contact details (physical address, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses, along with names and contacts of Directors.
• Curriculum Vitae of proposed project team members.
• Tax registration certificates (Income Tax and VAT)
• Contact person and contact details of Project Lead/Manager.
• A portfolio of previous work on websites with similar functionalities. Three reference websites at least.
• Technical and financial proposals should be submitted via email as separate PDF folders.
• All prices shall be quoted in US Dollars, Including VAT, Original tax invoices must be submitted by the awardee upon making the payments.

 Deadline for Submission

Submissions are to be addressed to [email protected] including a brief cover letter with the subject line: “Arab Feminist CSOs Website development”. Submissions will be received until 23rd May 2024.

All offers received after the deadline will be automatically excluded.
