Online Training on Employability Skills for Female Youth Eng...

The scope of this ToR assignment is to design and deliver a training module, preferably a mixture of training and coaching for young female engineers to equip them with much-needed skills to prepare them to apply for jobs within private sector companies.  Such skills will boost their self-confidence and provide them with tips and tools on resume development, writing of professional cover letters, and how to prepare for a job interview.

GROW Project would like to deliver this technical support to targeted female engineers through a hybrid form (online and face-to-face). The online segment of the training should be interactive and be delivered through an easy-to-access and user-friendly online platform, preferably ZOOM.
