QADER for Community Development is a non-profit human rights organization based in Bethlehem and operating in Palestine since 2008. QADER focuses on the empowerment and inclusion of persons with disabilities through influencing public policies, developing capacities of relevant stakeholders, promoting public awareness and inclusive community practices, and promoting economic empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.  

With the support of CBM, QADER has identified capacity development actions that should be implemented to strengthen the organizational capacity and support the organization to operate efficiently and effectively, and achieve its objectives while ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with applicable regulations, with robust policies and systems in place. 

Scope of work:

LOT 1: Review of current organizational structure with task analysis of key positions at QADER, and review of current salary scale 

LOT 2: Conduct organizational risk assessment

LOT 3: Prepare budget process guideline.

LOT 4: Develop and setup a partnership & subgrant mechanism

Interested Consultants / Consultancy Firms can obtain the RFQ solicitation document from QADER's Website HERE, and submit their offer accordingly (to one or more lots), in a Sealed Envelope no later than 14:00 PM, Thursday 16/06/2022  to QADER's office in Beit Jala.
