Procurement of, supplying and delivering pharmaceuticals and laboratory materials for the benefit of Near East Council of Churches/Gaza

United Palestinian Appeal, Inc. (UPA), a 501(c) (3) New York-registered non-profit organization, with headquarters in Washington, DC. Established in 1978 by Palestinian-American professionals, UPA was conceived as a non-political, non-sectarian organization that would help Palestinians meet their relief and development needs.
United Palestinian Appeal (UPA) would like to invite for a bid from eligible and qualified suppliers who are officially registered locally in the field of pharmaceutical and medical supplies and who have past experience in supplying delivering pharmaceutical and medical supplies (Laboratory Materials) to health facilities in Gaza in accordance with this tender’s terms and conditions.
The items under this tender will be delivered directly to the assigned health facility in Gaza (NECC). Given that, the supplier is fully responsible for all required procedures and costs to supply, deliver and handover all items procured, and in accordance to the tender terms and conditions, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and rates.
The BOQ under this invitation is divided into two lots (one lot for pharmaceuticals and one lot for laboratory supplies/material), suppliers may quote for one or both lots explained in the BOQs under this invitation.
Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest responsive price supplier. Given that, UPA has the right to increase/decrease the quantities without any additional cost or drop any or all quantities mentioned in the BOQ in this tender, and/or to award each lot/BOQ totally or partially.

On or before Saturday, April 12, 2022, at 12:00 pm
Note: Late bids will not be accepted.
Validity: from April 3 ,2022, to July 31st, 2022.
