The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks a skilled consultant for a policy review focused on young NEETs (youth Not in Employment, Education, or Training) in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. This assignment involves assessing policies, legislation, and labour market services, with a focus on creating actionable recommendations to better support youth employment and inclusion.

Key Tasks:

• Analyze existing youth employment policies and labour programs.
• Conduct consultations with key stakeholders.
• Develop tailored NEET action programs and employment schemes.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in relevant fields (economics, social studies, law).
• Proven experience in youth employment, public policy, and research.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
