Subject: Request for quotation

Women Technical Affairs Committee - WATC would like to ask for your offer to contract with a vendor to supply different printing materials, as specified in the attached form. The contract period must be valid for a year with the availability of an extension.

Deadline for submission: Monday, 09.03.2021

Notes:

Prices must be submitted in USD, including VAT.
Before printing, the selected vendor must show a sample of the final product for approval.
Price in USD be submitted per copy for printing. All taxes, delivery, and design fees must be included in the final price.
Modifying the shape or format of the item is not considered changing the design.
WATC has the full right to end the contract if any of the requested specifications were not met.
The final vendor will be selected based on the Quality and lowest price offer (60 % Technical offer, 40% Financial offer) if applicants meet the stated requirements. Kindly find the table below to clarify the criteria items that will measure the technical offer.

Companies must show their commitments in paying taxes.
The final vendor is responsible for providing us with the items mentioned below when requested.
The final vendor will pay Printing tender advertising fees.
A sample for each item is required.
The delivery period must not exceed 15 working days after confirmation of the final draft except for the items specified period at the table below.
Filling this form and stamping it subjects your approval on the mentioned terms and conditions.
WATC is not obliged to contract with the lowest prices.
Companies that do not submit one of the requested items mentioned below will be eliminated.
The price offer should be drafted in English, signed or stamped, and delivered in a sealed envelope by hand to the following address:
