“Procurement of Supplying, Delivering and Installing Laptops

& Accessories”

Date: February 8, 2021

1. CARE Palestine (West Bank and Gaza) would like to invite you to provide your price quotation to supply, deliver and install laptops and other Accessories for the targeted Women and Youth Entrepreneurs under OBADER project in accordance to the terms and conditions presented within the tender document.
2. Suppliers may quote for any item in the BOQ under this invitation, given that all items within BOQ MUST be priced individually. Each item will be evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest responsive supplier. Given that, CARE Palestine (West Bank and Gaza) has the right to increase/decrease the quantities without any additional cost or drop any or all quantities mentioned in the BOQ in this Tender, and/or to award each item/BOQ totally or partially. 
3.  Quotations should include clear description for the offered Items; any offer doesn’t include clear description of the technical specifications, in addition to Brand / Manufacturing manuals, will be disqualified.
4. The suppliers should include all costs of the preparation and submission of its price/quotation, CARE Palestine (West Bank and Gaza) is not responsible for those costs, as a result of this Tender process.
5. Prices should be clearly written in US$ (excluding vat).
6. Bid penalty: 5% of the offered Tender total amount.
7. The Tender documents should be signed and stamped, and returned within the offers by email as mentioned below.
8. The deadline of price/quotations submission is on or before February 17, 2021 at 2:00 O’clock  by email [email protected].

10. Late quotations will be rejected.
