PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The rationale for this assignment is to develop documentation materials that capture the impact of the Civil Society and Democratic Participation programme, with highlights on Programme successes, learnings, and best practices employed over the past 4 years. The assignment should be able to provide a contextual overview of the Palestinian civic and political space and how the programme have evolved despite of contextual challenges. The expected outcomes include a variety of products including written success stories, visual material (i.e.info-videos), info-graphs, info-videos illustrating the programme results in quantitative and qualitative inputs.

KEY DELIVERABLES

The consultant/firm is required to provide (key deliverables):

Well-written success stories as per the details below:
1. Word limit (350-450 words each story)
2. Document and produce 5 success stories (in 2 languages “English and Arabic”).
Well-designed info-videos (total of 3 covering 3 thematic areas a. Youth collective action from local to global b. Climate action by young people c. Digital activism and digital rights.
1. Info-video doesn’t exceed 2 minutes
2. 1 consolidated Info-video combining the content from the 3 info-videos.
Producing 30 info-graphs capturing the key programme achievements both qualitative and quantitative.
Produce Communicable booklet that provides an overview of the programme and consolidate all the produced materials from 1-3. This booklet should be available in a digital and pintable versions

DURATION AND WORKING SCHEDULE:

The assignment shall be conducted between 12th October to 31st October 2021. Specific level of effort for the consultant will be based on the agreed workplan that will be finalized with the contract.
