Project Evaluation Terms of Reference
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a UK registered charity that has been reaching out to the Palestinian communities, striving to deliver health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement. MAP provides immediate medical aid to those in need at times of crisis, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system.
Palestine Circus School (PCS) has been implementing social circus as a tool for more than twelve years, attempting to strengthen the role of circus in Palestine as an effective tool in the identity development and self-empowerment of Palestinian children and youth. Through their participation in circus, children and youth learn values of creativity, teamwork, unity in diversity, freedom of expression and gender equality.
MAP seeks to select an experienced evaluator to conduct an external evaluation of “Promoting the health and wellbeing of children with Disabilities in the West Bank and East Jerusalem” project. The evaluation aims to provide an assessment of the projects to gauge the level of achievement of the projects results and targets and anticipated impact on the target groups, and the level of efficiency, effectiveness, impact, relevance and sustainability. An additional purpose is to identify lessons learned to inform and guide the design of future interventions.
Interested consultants/companies/organisations are encouraged to send their technical and financial proposal (including CVs of the evaluation team) in a sealed envelope to the MAP office. The deadline for receiving proposals is 21 March 2022
