PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ
Oxfam is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in carrying out a “Project Final Evaluation”. the assignment aims to conduct an overall evaluation to the “European Union” funded project of “ Strengthening and enhancing the effectiveness of the public and private sector to provide sustainable and safe drinking water in the Gaza Strip”. the evaluation is expected to focus on project’s Effectiveness to measure the impact of the depending on the desalinated water for drinking on people lives and health in targeted locations as well as the engagement of national actors and civil society in lobbying and advocacy to challenge specific conditions in the Gaza Reconstruction Mechanism (GRM) system.

The deadline for submission of bids is 4th August 2021 2021 at 1pm (Gaza time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.
Responses (bids) shall be sent before the deadline indicated in the above timetable. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without ccing any other email addresses. Any offers sent through other channels will not be considered.
Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer)

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest price offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
