Tamer Institute for Community Education is an educational non-governmental organization established in 1989 as a response to the urgent needs of the Palestinian community during the first intifada. Tamer works across the West Bank and Gaza Strip focusing principally on the rights to education, identity, freedom of expression, and access to primarily targeting children and young adults to encourage and deepen opportunities of learning among them. Our program aims to contribute to enhancing reading, writing and all forms of expression among children and young adults. It also aims at contributing to a Palestinian environment that is supportive to learning processes, and at supporting the literary and scholar production on child culture in Palestine.

Tamer institute is seeking to contract a consulting firm to conduct a final evaluation for the project “Libraries as Third Places”. The project was funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic and Development Cooperation (BMZ). The BMZ is supporting interventions in the WB, Gaza and East Jerusalem that aim at creating better living conditions and comprehensive development opportunities through supporting public institutions and civil society.

Submission Conditions:

Separate technical and financial proposals must be provided.
Financial offer should be in USD.
Price offers shall be valid to not less than 90 calendar days from submission date.
Price offers shall be VAT excluded.
The tenderer must be registered with the Palestinian authorities.
A certificate of withholding tax should be provided.
Tamer Institute does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest price offer.
Tamer Institute reserves the right to cancel the tender without providing reasons at any time.
The proposal must be submitted in English and must be delivered to the following address not later Saturday July, 10th, 2021 by 12:00 am
