Organize and Manage Promotion Campaign for SA (Safe Agriculture Products) 3/2022

Established in 1992, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a relief and humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Secours Islamique France helps deprived and disadvantaged communities in more than 30 countries. 

Our field-based teams work in 3 specific fields: 

-    Rescue – Respond to the basic needs of the most vulnerable people
-    Reinforce – Give populations the tools to be autonomous
-    Mobilize – Participate in sensitization and advocacy campaigns

Secours Islamique France (SIF)  in partnership with Al-Azhar University - Gaza (AUG ) intends to award the Assignment of “Organize and Manage Promotion Campaign for SA (Safe Agriculture Products)” within the project of “Building Community Resilience for Improving Livelihoods, Food Security and Safe Agriculture Phase V”  in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by Secours Islamique France.

Submission Conditions:

• Separate technical and financial proposals must be provided.
• Financial offer should be in USD.
• The tenderer must be registered with the Palestinian authorities. Tenders shall be valid for period of (90) days after the submission date and 
• Price offers shall include all VATs.
• A certificate of withholding tax should be provided.
• The awarded tenderer shall pay the cost of this advertisement. 
• SIF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest price offer.
• SIF reserves the right to cancel the tender without providing reasons at any time. 

A clarification pre-bid meeting will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm at address: 2nd Floor El Bakri Building - Charles de Gaulle St. – Gaza City – Palestinian Territory.

The deadline for submission of the technical and financial offers as well as opening session will be on Sunday 27/02/2022 at 12:00 p.m.
