MA’AN, in partnership with DCA-NCA, is currently implementing the project "Building Resilient Communities”. The project aims to improve resilience, alleviate suffering and enhance preparedness mechanisms of the most vulnerable people in the Gaza Strip. The overall goal of the project is to increase community resilience by creating an enabling environment with full inclusion and participation of vulnerable groups including women and youth. MA’AN will target 3 vulnerable communities in the Gaza Strip that are affected by the crisis to implement community initiatives that aim to enhance the emergency preparedness capacities for these communities or address the urgent humanitarian needs undermining their resilience

MA'AN is looking for a qualified consultant firm to deliver 60 Coaching hours for 3 protection groups from North Gaza, Khan Younis, and Rafah on micro-grant management skills to promote their capacity to implement community initiatives that address the pressing humanitarian needs of 3 vulnerable communities in the Gaza Strip
