Providing on-site Coaching Services on Business and Financial Management for Small-scale projects

MA’AN, in partnership with Humanity & Inclusion (HI), is currently Implementing the project ""Enhancing resilience of local population through the promotion of inclusive health services, re-construction and enhanced emergency preparedness to mitigate the impact of future crises (EPC-L)", which is funded by the Federal German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project aims at enforcing persons with disabilities access to basic and specialized services at time of crisis and post emergency through construction/rehabilitation of accessible infrastructure and humanitarian and development actor’s empowerment.

As part of the project, MA'AN seeks to contract with a consultancy firms to provide on-site coaching visits on business and financial management skills for 100 small-scale projects that are owned and managed by vulnerable households with a member with disability

MA'AN is looking for a qualified consultancy firms to provide on-site coaching services for 100 small-scale projects with poor performance and productivity due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Interested consultant firms should review the full ToR for this consultancy and can get a copy from it from MAAN-Gaza Gaza strip from 28 June 2021 –05 July 2021 and submit offer in two sealed envelopes; one for the technical offer and another one for the financial offer by 06 July 2021 (before 12:00 pm) at MAAN Office Gaza-Haidar Abd Al Shafi Square- Al Motaz 2 Building –Ground Floor- Next to Blood Bank Building Tele 08- 2823712 

All costs above must be in NIS excluding VAT (ZERO VAT Invoice required)

The Offer is valid for consultant firm.

Prices must be valid for at least 120 days from the tender submission date.

Supplier /service provider must provide Valid deduction at Source certificate.

The awarded consultant of this offer will be required to pay for the cost of in advertisements local newspaper and jobs.ps.

Vendors/Service Provider must provide a bid bond guarantee (NIS 1700) only (Only One Thousand and Seven Hundred NIS) either by bank guarantee or certified bank check, valid for Three months from the last date of tender receipt.

Vendors/Service Provider must provide a performance pond guarantee with amount 10% from the contract value valid to contract duration either by bank guarantee or certified bank check.
