Consultancy Services for Providing Technical and Agricultural Training for Farmers

The Agricultural Development Association announces a tender for Consultancy Services for Providing Technical and Agricultural Training for Farmers through a project named “Developing and upgrading of two agricultural farms for enhancing the resilience of the Gaza strip population”, funded by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through GIZ.

Conditions for bidding:

1. The bidder must have previous experience in similar works to the subject of the bid.
2. The bidder must submit a bid entry guarantee for the Agricultural Development Association, at a value of 5% of the bid value, with a valid bank guarantee for a period of no less than (90) days, or a bank check certified by one of the banks accredited by the Palestinian Monetary Authority. No unaccompanied offers will be considered.
3. Prices must be in Euros, including VAT, and a certificate of source deduction must be presented.
4. The prices submitted for the bid must be valid for a period of (90) days from the date of submission.
5. Bid is free.
6. Receipt TOR will be headquarter of PARC from Thursday 10/12/2020 until Wednesday 23/12/2020, from 09:00 am at 03:00 pm during official work days.
7. A preliminary meeting for the bid will be held on Monday 21/12/2020 at 01:00 pm at the PARC headquarters.
8. The deadline for submitting the completed and sealed tender envelopes by the applicants is no later than Thursday, 24/12/2020, at 12:00 pm at the Agricultural Development Association (Zaytoun - Gaza).
9. The Bid Committee is not bound by the lowest prices and without stating the reasons.
10. The committee has the right to postpone the bid, extend it, return it, cancel it or divide it without giving reasons and without any given compensation to the tenderers.
11. Fees for advertising in newspapers and electronic sites are paid by the awarded bidder.
