Provision of Design Services, including Site supervision and Quality Assurance for two Packages.

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in the State of Palestine, wishes to invite qualified and experienced Engineering and Consultancy Firms to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for provision of Design Services, including Site supervision and Quality Assurance for:

1- Package 1 for the provision of water points, rehabilitation/upgrading and installation of sanitation facilities, rehabilitation of classroom, innovation labs and early childhood education (ECE) learning corners.

2- Package 2 for Improvement of access to quality health services in the West Bank, Palestine. As fully detailed in:

- The LRPS document

- ANNEX A: The UNICEF Standard Contract for Engineering Services

- ANNEX B and it's sub-annexes (B-F): Terms of Reference to this LRPS (TOR) for Package 1.

- ANNEX C and it's sub-annexes (B-D): Terms of Reference to this LRPS (TOR) for Package 2.
