Tender Description

PARC has extensive experience to link resilience to development in context of Palestine in the agricultural sector; economic resilience, economic empowerment, disaster risk reduction and management with pioneering introduction of the building back better to the infrastructure of the agricultural sector. PARC Implementing the project of Emergency and Early Recovery Response after 2021 War, the Project aims to contribute to rebuilding livelihoods capacities of 2021 escalation on Gaza affected small scale farmers in Gaza and North Gaza governorates.

Re – quote (Price offer No: 113-2021)

PARC is seeking a highly qualified consultancy person to conduct recording of testimony & training for the affected farmers from 2021 escalation in the agricultural sector. where this testimony is apart for the project interventions. the cases number are (not less than 50 cases) in Arabic and English, the recording will be as follows:

Legal cases that will be monitored and documented

Photographing the documents of the target group, with high quality.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Consultant:

Documenting the testimonies of the victims that show the impact of the violations:
The aggression and political siege on farmers and women working in the agricultural sector.
The aggression's impact on access to their lands and ownership in the restricted area
Understand the external environment exchanges in depth.
The consultant will train PARC technical staff and public committees on how to conduct documentation of eyewitness testimony.

Consultant Minimum Qualifications

The consultant should have the following qualifications:

- The consultant should have a PhD degree in law or any other related field.

- At least ten years of experience in the required field of work.

- Experience in working with the agricultural sector.

- Is able to carry out the required services immediately upon signing.

- Have a documented experience in documenting violation (a sample is required)

- Have a previous experience in working with farmers.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDER

The submitted offers should be in USD. The tenderer should be able to issue a payment request

The tenderer must comply with the standards and requirements set out in the tender bid
The submitted offer is binding to the Supplier nor the tender offer may be withdrawn after submission and remains binding by a period of three months starting from the date of the offer.
Tender documents delivered by hand.
Late applications will not be accepted
The tender envelop must be sealed and stamped.
Tender must stamp all bid papers.

The tenderers have to submit for the evaluation the following documents in hard and soft copies:

Technical offer with all supporting documents (Documentation methodology, Training methodology, C.V, Work sample, Previous related experience).
Financial offer.

TENDER SUBMISSION DATE:

Interested qualified consultant(s) are encouraged to submit their applications should be submitted in hand at PARC office at Al Zitoun area, Salah Al Dein St., Gaza, by close of business on 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 05, 2021. Applications submitted beyond this date will be disqualified immediately.
