INVITATION TO TENDER

RECRUITMENT OF ENGINEERING OFFICE / FIRM

Consultancy Services

SJEHG is seeking to recruit Engineering Office/Firm to provide consultation, designing and supervision services for different renovation/major maintenance projects that relates to the Hospital’ facilities in Jerusalem, and the branches in Hebron and Anabta.

The scope of work will include providing consultation and design for all constructions aspect such as: (but not limited to)

Electrical and low voltage Engineering.
Mechanical Engineering.
Interior Design.
Structural Engineering.

Accordingly, SJEHG invites interested qualified offices/firms to submit proposals for the above-mentioned works as per the below conditions:

A pre-proposal meeting will be conducted at SJEHG in Jerusalem- Mujer Addin 1, Shaikh Jarrah, Jerusalem, on Thursday, 6th of October, 2022 at 12:30. Attendance into this meeting is mandatory for all bidders.

The offer must be delivered by hand to the Finance Department at the above-mentioned address no later than 02:00 p.m. Tuesday, 11th of October 2022. Late proposals will be disqualified.
Prices to be submitted in NIS (₪) and VAT included.
The awarded Office/Firm must provide Tax invoice/s with valid deduction at source certificate with payment requests, and a MAKASSAH invoice if needed.
