About the Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD)
The Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD) is one of the largest and most influential non-governmental organizations (NGOs) dedicated to advancing women's rights in occupied Palestine. Established in 1981, PWWSD works toward building a democratic Palestinian society rooted in gender equality, social justice, and respect for human rights. The organization strives to empower and mobilize women to actively participate in development processes, aiming to eliminate all forms of gender-based discrimination.
PWWSD is committed to addressing women’s issues as fundamental human rights concerns and asserts that the progress of Palestinian society cannot be achieved without the equal and active participation of women in all spheres. The organization is dedicated to combating gender-based violence and discrimination, ensuring women's access to justice, and contributing to national development efforts, including the struggle for an end to the occupation.
About the Project
The WEQAYA project, titled “Strengthening Accountability to Affected People Towards a Gender-Responsive and Inclusive Interagency Community Feedback Mechanism in the West Bank and Gaza Strip,” aims to enhance access to support and assistance for Palestinian community members through a dedicated toll-free service line operated by PWWSD. This service is designed to provide 24/7 support, addressing inquiries and offering continuous, effective assistance via specialized operators.
As part of this project, PWWSD seeks to engage an advertising Service Provider (SP) to undertake the following tasks related to the awareness campaign.
