The Palestinian Environmental Friends Association (PEF) is a nonprofit (non-governmental) organization and was established in 1998. It provides in turn important services in the environment and natural resources fields to all the Palestinian without taking any consideration; such as, political belongings and home places. PEF in partnership with Oxfam are conducting a tender process and invites to sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide PEF, within their requirements, for: 

“Rehabilitation of water filling points and water resources in the 10 targeted communities”

within the framework of “Strengthening and Enhancing the Effectiveness of the Public and Private Sector to Provide Sustainable and safe Drinking Water in the Gaza Strip” project funded by European Union and as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.

From 25/10/2021 Until 02/11/2021 at 2:00 pm Between 9:00 am – 03:00 pm (Gaza Time) Sunday to Thursday

-          A pre-bid meeting for answering any inquires will be held on 31/10/2021 at 11:00 A.M in PEF office.

-          The deadline for submission of tenders by hand to PEF head office - Rafah at the address mentioned above is 04/11/2021 at 12:00pm

-          Tenders will be opened in the presence of the interested tenderer at the deadline date at 12:30pm.

-          Tenderers will be required to submit a tender security accompanied with the financial offer in the form of a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by a bank authorized by Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA). Minimum Tender security amount is 5% of the total price of the submitted financial offer valid for at least 120 days in the name of PEF.

-          PEF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

-          The awarded tenderer should pay the fees of advertisements in newspapers and any other platforms used to advertise this tender invitation.
