Firms/ specialized organizations are invited to submit proposal to develop a detailed urban plan and special building by laws for specific identified areas in the buffer zone of the World Heritage Property in Battir village, Palestine and to develop a guiding manual that supports the approving authorities in taking informed decisions before permitting construction activities in the site. The aim of the detailed plan, by laws and guiding manual is to protect the physical attributes of the World Heritage Property and its Outstanding Universal Value while allowing the minimum development need of the residents in the area.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal should be sent by email to [email protected] no later than 5 April 2021.

This call is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm/institution. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.
