PROJECT BACKGROUND
Through a strategic partnership with the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) and Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC), Oxfam launched the project “Integrated Market Development Program across the Occupied Palestinian Territories” in December 2017. The project is implemented in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The studies and analysis that have been produced during the inception phase have provided greater clarity on systematic constraints, geographical focus and target beneficiaries, and specific commodity value chains.
The proposed program, seeks to strengthen the potential of the agricultural sector to provide employment and income opportunities of women and men small-scale producers (SSPs). Its overall goal is to contribute to resilient, sustainable, and equitable agricultural growth.
PURPOSE OF BIDDING
Oxfam are conducting a bidding process and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:
CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO CONDUCT PROJECT BASELINE ASSESSMENT
The baseline assessment aims to verify and document the pre-intervention levels of the project indicators that will help Oxfam and stakeholders undertake informed decisions on the project direction. A detailed description of the assignment and services required by Oxfam is contained in the RFQ Dossier.
HOW TO APPLY
Participation in this bidding process is governed by the conditions detailed in the RFQ Dossier.
RFQ dossier can be obtained by interested consultancy firms by sending a request to ([email protected]) CCing ([email protected]). indicate the reference: (19/031/OPTI-GAZA) in the subject of the mail.
The deadline for the requesting the RFQ Dossier is 07th March 2019 at 3pm (Jerusalem time)
The deadline for submission of bids is 14th March 2019 at 11am (Jerusalem time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.
BIDDING CONDITIONS
Joint venture between different firms in West Bank & Gaza Strip including team of senior /junior consultants in both West Bank & Gaza Strip is a must.
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
